Jesse Swinderman - Owner and PresidentJesse Swinderman has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and oversees all aspects of the business. He has a sharp eye for detail and is a master of creative design and problem solving. He holds the Certified Technology Specialist (CTS®) credential for audiovisual professionals who have demonstrated extensive knowledge of the technology used in audio, video and display systems and a competence, dedication and commitment to their profession.

Wade Heinz - Project Manager and Installation SpecialistWade Heinz is a graduate of Eastern Illinois and has 20+ years of experience in home audio and video installation. Wade has been with SES since the end of 2003. Wade's widespread expertise includes home theater design, speaker systems, and remote programming just to name a few. He has a high level of knowledge and experience with home audio and custom home theater installations as well as custom speaker enclosure design. Wade is entrusted with the management of some of our most elaborate Home Automation Projects.

Zach Swinderman - New Construction Project Manager and Installation SpecialistZach Swinderman just finished up his 17th year at SES. As Jesse's brother, Zach has always been involved and interested in Audio and Video equipment and technology. Zach leads all new construction projects that involve prewiring for Internet, Cable, Phone, and Surveillance Systems. Zach is also experienced in Antenna servicing and installation. When not at SES, Zach is a music promoter. Zach is co-owner of a music festival called Shoe Fest and is a freelance stage manager, working events such as the Champaign Blues, Brews, and Barbeque. He also is the road manager for Chicago based band, Family Groove Company. Zach is the proud father of his first child, Emmett.

TJ started with us at the beginning of 2020 and is now a seasoned Installer. TJ brings a mechanical aptitude and an eye for problem solving. He is our go to Installer on Unifi Network Deployments. TJ also will love up your dog! |

Dan McHale - 1959 -2019Unfortunately, one of our installers, Dan, passed away unexpectedly in late 2019. Dan was a hard worker until the end. He was a great employee and will be missed. Swinderman Engineering Services has planted a memorial tree in his honor at Middle Fork Forest Preserve where he spent many hours photographing wildlife. RIP Dan.
